EP 3: Remembering Yourself

Episode 3 of Raise Your Woman Podcast hosted by Johanna Rossi - Remembering yourself with Jules Theis. Have you ever felt like you have forgotten yourself, or like you’re slowly loosing yourself and lost touch with the person you used to be?

Have you ever felt like you have forgotten yourself, or like you’re slowly loosing yourself and lost touch with the person you used to be? Perhaps you are feeling that way now, or maybe perfectionism and anxiety are making you feel like you’re forgotten yourself?

In this third episode of the podcast I’m chatting with writer Jules Theis about her journey of motherhood and self recovery, we talk all about how we often create a ‘facade’ of perfectionism around us to hide our pain, anxiety and any struggle that we are going through.

We chat about ways we can dismantle this wall and open our hearts again to get back to the person we always were through self-healing.

As a writer Jules supports mothers through their true stories of motherhood and processing their expectations of birth and their experience of being a mother, versus the reality.

You can find out more about and meet Jules here, and I would love it if you came over to Instagram to let me know what you thought of this episode.
