What I do to stop overthinking my decisions
How I intend to care for myself this Spring, without the overwhelm of indecision.
FOR THE FIRST TIME, IN AS LONG AS I CAN REMEMBER, MAYBE IN FOREVER, I’M CONTENT WHERE I AM, WITH WHO I AM, AND ALL I WANT TO DO IS BE HERE, BE HER NOW.
But that doesn’t mean that I, nor my life don’t need tending to.
I’ve spent so many years, rushing to be the next version of me, to be her, to get ‘there’, because I never felt that I was enough, I feel like I missed out on so much of the simple everyday things in life, the things that I now value most.
How to start cultivating a life you can feel safe to be you in
I work with women from all different back grounds, levels of education, countries and different warps of life. But they all have something in common, just like you, they don’t feel safe enough to be themselves, to express themselves fully and freely.
One thing I need you to know is that at some point a seed was planted within you that led you to believe it is not OK to trust yourself. I’m here to help you weed out that plant and to help you start believing that you can bloom into the most truest version of you.
Today I want to tell you more about how you can start to cultivate a life you feel more safe to be all of you in.
THE REAL REASON YOU KEEP CREATIVELY BURNING OUT.
Recently I put up a poll up on my Instagram stories asking my audience what kind of creative they believe they are; the majority answered :
ONE THAT BURSTS WITH CREATIVITY, THEN GOES ONTO BURN THEMSELVES OUT.
This destructive pattern is so wide spread amongst the woman I work with and something I have had to learn to overcome myself, that it has become the basis of so much of my own self exploration and wider research.
A GENTLE WAY TO FIND CLARITY
Are you dreaming of a life in which you feel more at ease and present? One in which you feel sure that the decisions you are making at the ‘right’ ones. Have you had enough of the questioning, feeling like you are stuck in limbo, never going to ‘get there’ and frustrated that what ever you seem to do, it is never right, feel like you will never find your way?
