In this episode I’m chatting with confidence coach and self worth educator Kat Nicholls about the negative patterns of self doubt and the emotions that come from lack of confidence, low self-worth and those feelings of never being good enough - and how we can move through them and nurture more self-love.
Kat supports other women in discovering their worth, building self belief and nurturing their confidence. Kat shares some of her own story and encourages us to tread steadily into embodying our truth and overcoming self-doubt.
